**For all meditation levels This session "Release" is just one in a series of Light Activated Guided Meditations. How do light activations work? Guided Meditation includes: 5-7 minute consultation 20 minute guided meditation 20 minute light activation 20 minute sound therapy 10 minute relaxation and final energy evaluation With this 20 minute guided meditation with Taurus Sky you will be introduced into true relaxation and tranquility. This session is an introduction to meditation & helps to unlock your hidden potentials. Using one of a kind fractal light technology, we play bright and vivid 3D Hologram on your computer screen while soothing music comforts your soul and allows for the peace to set in with the peaceful voice of Taurus Sky. Online Sessions are conducted through GoTo Meeting(an online conference room). MEDITATION RECOMMENDATIONS: For optimal results we recommend the use of VitaJuwel products such as "Wellness".
